1 litre of gin
At least 1 saffron thread
3 Sichuan peppercorns
2-3 micro chilies
Place all your ingredients into the gin and let it rest for a weak in a sealed bottle.
Remember to turn the bottle once a day.
When your gin saffron is ready, you may take or leave the spices inside the bottle (depends on the amount of spiciness you like it infused)
*A week of infusion is enough for a spicy and strong flavoured gin
