Saffron Syrup

Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
¼ tsp. saffron

Instructions

STEP 1:
Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan and boil them.

STEP 2:
Stir until sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.

STEP 3:
Strain into a clean jar, cover and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
